Minister Yusuf Tekin, in his evaluation of his visit to Turkmenistan, stated that they made the two-day visit at the invitation of the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Dünyagözel Gulmanova, and the Minister of Education, Gurbangeldiyev Jumamyrat Shamyradovich, who had visited Türkiye last February.

 

Minister Tekin, stating that Minister of Education Jumamyrat had organized a very good program for their visit, said, 'We held meetings here where we were able to finalize all our plans.'

 

Tekin said, 'I would like to express my gratitude to our esteemed head of state, Mr. President, for empowering us to advance Türkiye-Turkmenistan relations to a higher level. As long as we have his support, we will continue to carry these relations to a better point.'

 

Tekin continued his words as follows: 'In these two days, we had very productive meetings and also visited schools in Turkmenistan, gaining insight into the country's education system.'

 

Therefore, we made excellent observations regarding mutual interactions, areas where we can support our Turkmen friends, and the things we can learn from their education system. Together with my dear friend, Mr. Jumamyrat, we agreed to continue these relations on a mutual basis. Inshallah, we are determined to share our knowledge and experience in education here, implement and bring to life the educational achievements of Turkmenistan in Türkiye, and, through this, take our friendship to an even higher level. Inshallah, we will accomplish great things. On this occasion, I would like to thank all our Turkmen friends and brothers who have been involved with us here. There were some matters regarding the existing Joint Turkmen-Turkish General Education School, and we discussed those as well. Our dear friends have been very helpful to us in these matters. Similarly, we exchanged views on other topics on our agenda. Inshallah, future generations, our children and grandchildren, will take Türkiye-Turkmenistan friendship to new heights, raising the bar one step higher, together. I would like to express my gratitude to all the Turkmen people for their hospitality. May it lead to good things, Inshallah."
